Terms and Conditions

Guftara helps a user submit a public website, scan that website, prepare indexed pages, and preview an assistant experience grounded in the website content. You may use Guftara only for lawful purposes and only in a way that respects the rights of website owners, visitors, and other third parties.

You are responsible for the information you provide to Guftara, including your account details, submitted URL, and any website you ask Guftara to scan.

You must own the website you submit to Guftara or have clear permission from the website owner or authorized representative to submit it for scanning. You must not submit a website that you do not own, control, or have permission to scan.

By submitting a website or continuing a scan, you represent that you have the required rights and authority to allow Guftara to access, scan, store, process, and use the website content for the Guftara experience.

Guftara is not responsible for unauthorized website submissions, disputes between users and website owners, or consequences caused by a user submitting a website without proper permission. You are responsible for any claim, loss, complaint, or liability that arises from your unauthorized submission or misuse of Guftara.

When you submit a website, Guftara may read public pages from that website and prepare indexed pages for the Preview Assistant. A scan may not capture every page, may fail on some pages, and may reflect the website content available at the time of the scan.

You are responsible for reviewing the results and deciding whether the Preview Assistant is suitable for your use. Guftara does not guarantee that scanned content is complete, current, accurate, or fit for every business purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, stop using the account for new submissions and take appropriate steps to secure it.

You must not use Guftara to scan websites without permission, interfere with websites or systems, copy content in violation of another party's rights, submit harmful or unlawful content, misrepresent your authority, or use Guftara in a way that violates applicable law.

Guftara may block, suspend, or refuse a scan or account activity when we believe the use is unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

The Preview Assistant is a private testing experience for answers grounded in your active website. Assistant responses may be incomplete or incorrect, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them or using them in customer-facing workflows.

Guftara may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms when product behavior, legal requirements, or business needs change. Continued use of Guftara after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Guftara is provided for the platform use case described in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guftara is not responsible for unauthorized website submissions, third-party website restrictions, user misuse, business decisions made from Preview Assistant output, or damages that result from use of the platform.
